Are You Stressed Out? Worried? Anxious? 3 Things You Can Do Today to Change Your Thoughts and Feel Better!

Great Awakening

The entire human consciousness is on the upswing of a great awakening. People are starting to become enlightened and more enlightened and awake. People are continuing to figure out how things really work and the natural laws that govern our universe and how we can use those to be happier, healthier and have more fun in life. A select group of people are not worrying as much and are focused on the good stuff. Anyone anywhere can become a member of this group.

Your Thoughts Create Stress

Are you stressed out? Worried? Anxious? Welcome to the club - you are like most other humans. What is stress anyway? It is your processing of what is happening outside of you now or in the future and your thoughts about it. Your thoughts create stress. Nothing outside of you creates stress. And most of the stuff that you worry about and that stresses you out isn’t real and never comes into your reality.

Thought Processing

So what is it that you are using to process your thoughts? Well, you are processing thoughts related to what you observe based on your beliefs and your perspective that you formed based on your life experiences - good or bad. If you watch the local news over and over daily for many years, then you will begin to believe that we live in a world full of murderers and such. If you watch the national news, you will begin to believe that the world is about to end, financial markets are crashing and we are all about to get blown away by a nuclear bomb.

Flip the Script

For example, let’s say that you grew up in a household where the adults in the household always were stressed out about money and said and did things based on the premise “We can’t afford that. It’s too expensive. Money doesn’t just grow on trees you know.” Think about how your relationship with money was formed based on seeing and hearing that. How might it be different if you flipped that script? You could even go much broader such as “I live my life in abundance. I deserve all of the goods and all of the good things are coming to me” or “Everything is always working out for me.” Your life around money would completely change and you would start to attract financial abundance and thus relieve financial stress. If you walk around talking about how expensive things are then you are blocking financial abundance from coming your way.

Action On Your Part is Required

Now don’t get me wrong - I am not saying that no action is required on your part. Or that money will start pouring in within the next 5 minutes. But I am saying this - I can guarantee that you will have more abundance and prosperity using the scripts above than you ever will if you walk around talking about how expensive everything is. It’s bullshit to do that and very detrimental to your psyche.

Change Your Thoughts and Change Your Life

The problem is that your thoughts are stressing you out. So change your thoughts and change your life. Not just related to money but related to everything - relationships, finances, work, etc. Many programs and processes can be overwhelming and take a long time to learn and implement. They don’t have to be. Take these 3 steps TODAY and your life will change over time.

1. MEDITATE: Every morning sit for 5 minutes and quiet your mind - meditate, be still, pray, etc. This isn’t easy and will take time to get into a routine but you can do it and can increase the time as you get better at it.

2. AFFIRMATION: Write this phrase 50 times each and every morning: “Everything is always working out for me.”. Anytime during the day when something comes up that might cause you stress then step back and say to yourself, “Everything is Always Working Out For Me.” Eventually, you will reprogram your subconscious mind and you will believe and see that everything really is always working out for you.

3. GRATITUDE: Write down 3 things that you are grateful for, why you are grateful for them and how they make you feel (Example: I am grateful that I get to go to work today because I love what I do and it makes me feel happy, needed and gives me a purpose in life).

Don’t make this too complicated. Do the above. Hire a coach to work with. Watch YouTube videos about it. Read. Talk. Understand. You won’t change years of conditioning in 5 minutes but if you stick with it, then you will slowly change your beliefs, your thoughts and your subconscious mind and this will change your life. Give it a shot - you won’t regret it!
